Wipro technologies is india’s one of the leading it companies. In terms of no. of employees it ranks amongst the top companies. But the internal work management and enviornment is not as per my expectations.
There is a communication gap between the seniors and juniors. Juniors do not respect thier seniors. The work load of the work in the company is very much.
The cafeteria of the company is not good also. Thier rates are too high. Growth is neglibile in the company. I ve workerd there for half an year but after seeing no future scope in the company I quit the job.
I am giving one out of the five stars to wipro.
